Freeport, ME to Kittery, ME
~75 miles
~1,775ft gain, ~1850ft descent
Really great views and beaches along this route. This is some of the more tourist-y parts of the trip and has good shops and resteraunts along the way. As well as plenty of places to camp or find a hotel.
Can easily be extended into Portsmouth, NH.

Walking Paths
Another good options for camping. This is frowned upon but authorities but is a good solution if avoiding hotels.
Kittery Trading Post
A great spot to get work done on bikes or get any supplies you might need. There is also space around to camp, it's a grey area if you ask the staff. They typically let campers stay in the lot but can be hesitant about tents. There is a path that goes to Spruce Creek with space for camping but a lot of mosquitos and noise from I-95.
The Nubble Lighthouse
Pictueresque lighthouse on an island with public overlook. Built in 1879 and still in use to this day. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cape_Neddick_Light
Bike Path
This is a well-maintained path with great views of the marsh area. Be aware it is a bit gravelly at points but do able with a roadbike.
